trim one pound of green beans and boil in salted water for 5 minutes

drain and immediately plunge into ice cold water

pat dry and toss with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of lemon zest and salt and pepper

delicious cold or room temperature

an Italian summer delight!</description>
