You can talk to them about anything and they will reply "Yes, but I need 100GB more on ora1 please (They only add the please if they are H1B types, American DBAs don't say please....Why is that?). You can beat them about the head and they will say "Yes, but I need 100GB more on ora1 please". Yep, diskspace is the key to a responsive DBA, but watch out...they are addicted to it.
